How does the assessment phase work?
We start out with an information request. Then we setup meetings and generally meet with 1-3 people from your leadership team, 1-3 people in sales roles. We will ask over 100 questions throughout the interview assessment process. Finally, we take this information back, analyze and may have a couple follow-up questions. Then we finish up and present our recommendations.
What do I get if I choose to get your help beyond the Assessment phase?
We can either come in part time under contract, leading the team ad initiatives, help you hire your new sales leader and hand it all off. We also love to coach up your current sales manager, or someone you’d like in that role.
