HOW WE’RE DIFFERENT

Our approach is designed for small and mid-sized businesses.

No assessment required

Most sales management and strategy agencies require an assessment to get started. They have a list of areas spanning over 20 different areas related to managing a sales department. These assessments alone will cost over $10,000 and you are left with a list of areas that need to be improved. Engaging them in their coaching or fractional services will cost an additional $25,000-$100,000 over the course of the next 6 months.

Strategy consultants in big firms will spend hours/days/weeks interviewing and assessing your business. Often far exceeding six-figures just to get to a strategy document and slide deck. Stratifier will take you all the way from Strategies to business cases for initiatives to select in a matter of days. A force multiplier for C-Suite strategy development.

Our products and services are designed to support small and mid-sized businesses that don’t have the resources for a McKinsey, Bain, or BCG team of strategists. All at a fraction of the cost of a full-time employee.
