Engaging them in their coaching or fractional services will cost an additional $25,000-$100,000 over the course of the next 6 months.

We focus on small and medium businesses that really don’t have much, if anything in place to effectively manage a new business development team, and they don’t know how to select, hire and onboard them properly to ensure their success and a fast ROI.

Program tailored for new business development

Our Sales Accelerator program brings in the expert to get it all going for you. You work 1:1 with our expert as he leverages your knowledge of your business to build out the sales playbook. He then develops a job profile, job description, and hiring scorecard as you begin your search for a business development representative. Once hired, your NextRock Advisor will onboard, coach and manage to get them going and set future expectations.

Sales Foundations: We build the playbook, develop the systems and processes for your business together in as little as 90 days.

Sales Accelerator: We do most of the heavy lifting spending some time together to ensure we are directionally correct. We then hire, onboard and manage for you until you are ready to hand it off to someone internal.
